Important Notes

- Purchasing Ticket

It is only possible to make one ticket application per event day. Please note that you cannot change your application details after submission (i.e. requesting additional tickets)
- （２）
At the first day of the entry application period, there is a possibility of high data traffic. In such case, please try to submit your entry application later during the entry application period again. Please note, that the order of entry application will not have any influence on the chance to claim tickets in the draw. Please be sure to check your entry application for correctness before submitting.

Reservations will be considered invalid if payment is not received within the payment period, so please do not miss the payment deadline.
- （４）
Only the buyer of the ticket can attend the event. Even if the original buyer is unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances, no other person may substitute, nor can refund the tickets.

If you forget or lose the smartphone that displays your E-ticket, you will be unable to enter the venue.
- （６）
No changes, cancellations or refunds for the E-ticket may be made.
- （７）
Tickets purchased at this reception are not eligible for ticket trade.
About E-ticket issuance after purchase
Receiving the ticket(s): E-Ticket(s) will become available from the specified date and can be received through the App.
*A Notification e-mail from "plusmember.jp" will be send after the E-Tickets are received.
If you claim 2 - 4 tickets, all tickets will be displayed on the smartphone of the person who made the application for the tickets.
*Please be sure to distribute your companions' tickets before entering the venue.
*Free Wi-Fi is not available at the venue, so please check the E-ticket(s) beforehand and ensure that the ticket(s) is displayed on the smartphone.
