In principle, tickets will be received by the 'Plus member ID' and 'Phone Number' registered at the time of application.
A 'Plus member ID' is required to apply!
To use the E-tickets App, a Plus member ID is required. If you do not have one, you will need to register for a Plus member ID. If you have used the Ticketplus E-tickets App or any Ticketplus services in the past, please submit your application using your existing Plus member ID.
Regarding Face Photo Registration
You must register a photo of yourself after winning the ticket lottery and at least 5 days prior to the performance date.

Regarding Entry on the Day of the Event

If you cannot display your e-tickets or if your face photo cannot be verified, you will not be allowed entry.

The ticket is valid only for the person named on it. Lending, transferring, or selling tickets to third parties is strictly prohibited.

On the day of the event, network congestion may occur around the venue. Please download your e-tickets in advance at a location with a stable connection before arriving.

If you are using an overseas device and are unable to receive your e-tickets, or if you are a child who does not have a smartphone, please come to the e-tickets inquiry desk on the day of the performance. Please bring identification documents that can verify your name and date of birth for identity verification.
Prohibition of Unauthorized Resale and Scalping of Tickets
Purchasing tickets for the purpose of commercial resale or transferring them to a third party is strictly prohibited.
We strictly ban transactions via auction sites, secondary ticket resale sites, SNS, etc. If an unauthorized ticket purchase is discovered, the ticket will become invalid and entry will be denied. Refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.
