Transferring and Giving Away Tickets

The person(s) to whom you wish to transfer or give away your ticket(s) must have a smartphone. *These services may not be available for some tickets. Please be sure to check the information provided upon purchase.

  • 1Begin Transaction to Transfer or Give Away Tickets

    Under [My Tickets], tap on the ticket you want, then tap on [Give ticket] on the ticket screen.

  • 2Select the ticket you wish to transfer

    If you have more than one ticket, tap on the tickets from the second ticket on. Tap [Give the selected ticket] when it becomes pink. If giving away all tickets, Tap on [Give All Tickets].

  • 3Select the method to send the tickets

    Choose from two choices: Line or email. The app you selected will launch and display a text message. Please send the message to the accompanying person(s) you will be transferring the ticket(s) to.
    The message being sent will contain the following information:
    ・URL to claim the ticket
    ・Authentication code
    ・Ticket information

    During the transfer process, the ticket screen will show [Sending ticket...] if you are giving away ticket(s). Select "Cancel sending" if you wish to cancel the transaction.

  • 4To claim the ticket(s)

    We recommend registering as a member and installing the app beforehand if you are transferring tickets.

  • 5Ticket Claim Process

    The accompanying person(s) claiming the ticket(s) will tap on the “Ticket Claim URL” indicated in the text sent by the purchaser via Line or through email. Tap [Claim tickets with the app] when a screen like the figure appears.

  • 6When you finish transferring or giving away your ticket(s)

    When the other person receives the ticket(s), the ticket(s) will appear in the other person's app, and you will no longer be able to use the ticket(s) that you gave them. If you have transferred all of your tickets, they will be hidden from your [My Tickets].

    When the transfer transaction has completed, you will be notified by email.

    * The completion email will be sent to both the person transferring the ticket and the recipient of the ticket. The email will be sent from the domain “emtg.jp”. We kindly ask you to configure your settings to allow incoming email from this domain.
