- ●E-icket Distribution: For multiple E-tickets, you may distribute them to your companions via the designated platform before arrival to allow individual entry. If not distributed, all guests must enter together with the purchaser.
- ●Authorized Channels Only: Please purchase tickets only through authorized sales channels (official play-guides or Ice Crystal membership sales). We cannot guarantee the validity of any tickets purchased through unauthorized resellers.
- ●Duplicate Purchases: No refunds or exchanges will be provided for duplicate purchases resulting from multiple applications.
- ●No Refunds/Cancellations: Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, regardless of the reason, including personal circumstances or changes in the performance lineup.
- ●Loss or Forgetfulness: We cannot reissue tickets or permit entry under any circumstances, including lost, stolen, or forgotten tickets, failure of mobile devices, or errors regarding the date and time of the performance. Please double-check your tickets and device before arrival.
- ●Identity Verification: You may be asked to present a valid photo ID upon entry. Please ensure you have one with you.
- ●Passport, Driver's License, [Your Number Card] (Individual Number Card), Residence Card, Health Insurance Card, Disability Certificate, or Certificate of Residence (Juminhyo).
- <Guidelines for Attending the Performance>
- ●Assigned Seating: Please remain in your designated seat throughout the performance.
- ●Large Baggage: Large items, such as suitcases or carry-on bags that may obstruct or inconvenience others, are not permitted inside the venue. Please use off-site lockers, as the venue does not provide storage.
- ●Eating and Drinking: Food and beverages are permitted at your seat only during intermission. Please be mindful of guests around you.
- ●Gifts and Flowers: Throwing flowers or gifts onto the ice is strictly prohibited. Gifts for skaters may be placed in the designated gift boxes inside the venue. Please note: we cannot accept food, beverages, cash equivalents, items too large for the gift box, or any gifts/flowers sent via mail or courier.
- ●Respect for Others: Please refrain from any behavior that disrupts the performance or inconveniences other guests.
- ●Support Goods: Displaying banners is prohibited. When using small cheering items like placards or hand fans, please ensure they do not disturb those seated next to or behind you.
- ●Photography and Recording: Unauthorized photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in the confiscation of equipment, deletion of data, and immediate removal from the venue.
- <General Notices>
- ●Respect for Performers: Please do not wait for, follow, photograph, or request autographs from performers in areas surrounding the venue, public transportation, or accommodation facilities.
- ●Media Recording: Please be aware that there will be cameras inside the venue for video recording purposes, and members of the audience may be captured on film.
