About E-tickets

- ＜Ticket Information and Terms of Service＞
- ●Age Restriction: Children under 3 are not permitted to enter. All guests aged 3 and older must have a valid ticket.
- ●You can not choose section or seat number.
- ●Children under 3 years old are not allowed to enter. 3 years old and older require a ticket.
- ●Tickets purchased through non-authorized sales channels are not guaranteed to be valid.
- ●No refunds will be issued for multiple applications for the same competition date.
- ●No changes or cancellations are allowed after the purchase is completed. Please confirm the date, venue, seat type, and number of tickets before applying.
- ●Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances (loss, disappearance, damage, etc.).
- ●Please be sure to bring your ID card with you as you may be asked to present it at the entrance. If your identity cannot be verified, you may not be allowed to enter the venue.
- ●Passport, driver's license
- ※Photocopies, photographs, or expired forms are invalid.
- ※The identification card must have **name, date of birth, and photo (if applicable)** on the face of the ticket.
- ＜Guidelines for Attending the Performance＞
- ●On Friday, November 27, and Saturday, November 28, at Arena SS only, you may throw bouquets and stuffed animals onto the ice after each skater’s performance.
- ●This rule applies only to competition days; throwing items onto the ice is not permitted on the exhibition day (Sunday, November 29).
- ●Throwing any gifts other than bouquets and stuffed animals onto the ice is prohibited. Please place all other gifts in the gift box.
- ●When throwing bouquets, please wrap them securely to prevent “petals” or “oasis (water-absorbing foam)” from falling onto the ice.
- ●If you bring your own bouquet, please be sure to have the wrapping checked at the venue’s flower shop.
- ●It is prohibited to throw items with decorations that may scatter onto the ice.
- ●Throwing from the front aisles is prohibited. Please throw from your seat.
- ●When throwing items, please be considerate of other guests so as not to cause any inconvenience. We cannot be held responsible for any disputes between guests.
- ●Throwing items in a manner that disrupts the progress of the event or hinders safe viewing is prohibited. In the event of violations or dangerous behavior, we may immediately prohibit the throwing of bouquets and stuffed animals.
- ＜Application Notes＞

- ●To transfer a ticket is strictly prohibited, even between family members or friends.
- ●Changes will not be accepted for any reason, so please make sure there are no mistakes or omissions when you purchace a ticket.
- ●Enter the venue will be refused for anyone other than the original applicant.
- ●Even if you are unable to enter, there will be no refunds for your ticket fee.
