1. Install App to your smartphone

You must register your smartphone number to purchase the tickets and to receive the tickets.
Please download the EMTG Ticket App to your smartphone and enroll your "EMTG Lite member (free)"

Please note, that applicants cannot obtain multiple EMTG IDs to take part in the ticket lottery.

If such actions are discovered, the applicant will be withdrawn from the application process and the ticket lottery.

2. Apply for the ticket lottery

During the period of tickets sales, which starts on Wednesday, September 11, 2019, 10:00 (JST) and finishes on Monday, September 23, 2019, 18:00 (JST), you will be able to submit your ticket applications on the EMTG website.

*In cases where the number of tickets applied for exceeds the available number of tickets, the tickets will be allocated through a random selection draw process.
*During application period, it will make no difference whether an application is submitted on the first day, the last day or any time within the application period. All applications will have the same chance of being successful.

3. Notification of the Application Result

Tickets will be allocated through a random-selection draw process and all successful, partially successful and unsuccessful applicants will be duly notified of the outcome of their applications on 27 September 2019 at 18:00 (JST) by email.

4. Purchase the tickets

It will be possible to pay for tickets by following payment method: Credit card (VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, Diners), PayPal, China UnionPay

Payment Due: Friday, September 27, 2019,18:00 (JST) - Sunday, September 29, 2019,23:59 (JST)
Receiving the ticket(s): E-ticket displays will be available from November 6, 2019 (tentative schedule).

*Notification email “emtg.jp” will be sent once the display of tickets will get available.

5. How to enter the venue

If you get 2 tickets, 2 tickets will be displayed on your smartphone.
*Your accompanying person must enter the venue with you.
*Identification may be asked at the venue. Please be sure to bring your passport(not expired) on the day of the event.
A copy of a passport is not enough and will be not accepted for identification purpose.
*Please note that you are not allowed to enter the event if you cannot identify yourself with your Passport.
*In some cases, you may need to upload a picture of your face to enter the venue. Instructions on how to upload the face picture will be sent to the lottery winners by EMTG through email at a later date.
*Free Wi-Fi is not available at the venue, so please receive your e-ticket beforehand and ensure that the ticket is displayed on your smartphone even with not having a internet connection.

Please do not forget to bring your smartphone with you!

Please read and confirm that you agree to the following terms and conditions

• All ticket requests for all tickets you want to apply for must be done in one (1) application for each event day.
  Please note that you cannot change details of your application once you completed your application procedure (i.e. requesting for an additional ticket.)
• It is anticipated that there may be some high data traffic on the first day of the application period, but the order in which applications are received has no influence in who will be drawn to receive a ticket. The reservations are not secured unless you have completed your entry application.
• Reservations will be considered invalid if payment is not received within the payment period, so please ensure not to miss the payment deadline.
• Only the applicant himself (personally) drawn to receive the ticket personally may attend the event. No other person may substitute as an attendee, even if the person who has received the ticket is unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances nor can ticket charges be refunded in such case.
• If you forget or lose the smartphone that displays your e-ticket on the event day, you will be unable to enter the venue.
• No changes, cancellations or refunds for applications may be made.
• If you are paying by credit card, a check will be run to verify the validity of the credit card (authorization check).
  Therefore, depending on the card company you use, you may receive an email regarding the usage of the card after completing your application. Card payment processing will not be carried out until the draw result for the tickets are announced.
  However, if you are using a debit card or prepaid card, due to the nature of these cards, the ticket payment will be withdrawn at the time of your application (in the case of a prepaid card, it will be deducted from the charge balance).
  If your application is successful, the payment will be processed at that time. But if an application is not successful, the payment will subsequently be refunded automatically to your account.

Regarding throwing flowers/presents

• Considering the construction of the venue and to ensure the safety of the spectators, throwing of flowers/gifts are only allowed from "Arena" seats. Throwing from other seats are strictly prohibited. Please also use the reception as instructed where you can leave your gifts to be reached to the performer.
• Before throwing, please make sure the flowers/gifts are tightly wrapped. When flowers are bought from outside the venue, the wrapping should be checked at the flower shop located inside the venue. Please note that necessary wrapping will be charged (between 100- 200yen).
• On the day of the event, please follow the venue guidance and staff directions. If any of the dangerous act is noticed as below, the audience will be warned and may be prohibited from throwing flowers/gifts.
  1. When throwing flowers/gifts from seats other than assigned
  2. If the Organizing Committee judges a cause of danger to the event
  3. If the gift is not wrapped as instructed
  4. When causing inconvenience and bothering other audience
  5. For November 24th(Sun), throwing of flowers/gifts are strictly prohibited from ALL seats including "Arena" seats. Gifts should be left at the reception as instructed which will be delivered to the performers

The Ticket Resale Law

• The reselling of tickets is illegal and prohibited by law.
• Please note that all tickets sold or offered through unauthorized channels, such as auction websites, etc. will be invalid and persons arriving at the venue with such tickets will not be allowed to enter the venue.
