- *However, children aged 2 or younger who need their own seat also require a ticket (1 ticket per child).
- *Children aged 2 or younger who do not need a seat may sit on the lap of a parent/guardian (limited to 1 child per parent/guardian).
- *No refunds will be provided if you are unable to attend the event.
- *Entry will be denied if your identity cannot be verified with valid photo ID. In such cases, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- *Once you have won the lottery, tickets cannot be exchanged, changed, or canceled for any reason.
- *Except in the event that the performance is canceled or postponed, refunds cannot be provided for reasons on the customer's side, such as personal illness.

- *Names cannot be changed after you apply. The names printed on the ticket are those registered at the time of application, and no changes will be accepted for any reason.
Number of tickets
Maximum of 2 tickets per person per performance.
- *You may apply for both performances. Only one application per person per performance is accepted.
- *Duplicate applications with reversed roles between the primary applicant and accompanying person, or with swapped ticket types, are strictly prohibited. In the event of duplicate winning tickets, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

- ●Pre-orders provide an advance opportunity to purchase tickets before general sales. Seats are assigned entirely by lottery, so a front-row or near-stage seat is not guaranteed.
- ●Limit one application per person.
- ●When applying, the actual attendee must be the person who places the application.
- ●Name changes after application will not be accepted.
- ●Transfer of tickets, even between family members or friends, is strictly prohibited.
- ●No changes will be accepted for any reason, so please ensure all information is correct and complete before submitting your application.
- ●If demand exceeds capacity, winners will be selected by lottery. Please note that tickets are not guaranteed.
- ●When purchasing multiple tickets, seats may not be adjacent to each other.
- ●If you are using an Android device, certain browsers may prevent you from completing the application. If this occurs, please try using Google Chrome.
- ●Inquiries regarding lottery results and seat assignments cannot be answered.
- ●To cancel your application, you may do so yourself via "Ticket Application History" on My Page during the application period only.
- ●To change your application details, please cancel your existing application first and reapply for your preferred performance within the application period.

About E-Ticket
- ●E-Tickets are available only to users who have a smartphone with internet access and an SMS contract.
- ●Before applying, be sure to check whether your device supports E-Tickets.

If you use domain-specific reception or email filtering, please configure your settings so that you can receive emails from "plusmember.jp".
Other Notes
- ●"RINA MATSUDA GRADUATION CEREMONY" will be held on the Nov 15 performance only.
- ●Performers are subject to change without prior notice. Please be aware of this in advance.
- ●Please be sure to bring your passport to the venue on the day of the event.
- ●Upon entry, your identity will be verified using your ticket and passport. If your identity cannot be verified, entry may be denied.
- ●Baggage inspections and metal detector screenings will be conducted for all visitors.
- ●Please note that footage and photos of the venue, including the audience, may be published.
- ●Bringing alcoholic beverages into the venue is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, entry will be denied to anyone under the influence of alcohol.
- ●Please note that ticket fees and other charges will not be refunded under any circumstances, even if you are denied entry.
- ●Pre-orders provide an advance opportunity to purchase tickets before general sales. Seats are assigned entirely by lottery, so a front-row or near-stage seat is not guaranteed.
- ●The validity of tickets purchased through auction sites, ticket brokers, or private transactions is not guaranteed. Transferring or reselling tickets is strictly prohibited.
- ●Visitors in Wheelchairs:
After issuing your ticket, please contact the inquiry point at least 3 days prior to the show with the following details: (1) Name, (2) Phone number reachable on the show day, (3) Accompanying person status (and name), (4) Ticket type, and (5) Seat number. We will guide you to the accessible wheelchair area.
If you arrive without prior notification, we may not be able to accommodate you due to space limitations.
Only guests who require assistance may bring up to 1 accompanying companion, but a valid ticket is strictly required for the companion as well. Depending on availability, companions may be asked to watch the show from their own designated seats.
In principle, this area is reserved for those who strictly require a wheelchair for mobility or hold a disability certificate. If you wish to use the wheelchair area for other reasons, please contact us in advance. We may request to check your disability certificate or relevant documentation for confirmation.
Please note that the specific location within the area will be determined based on venue conditions on the day of the event and cannot be provided in advance. - ●Tickets for this event are "Specified Entertainment Admission Tickets (Specified Tickets)" subject to the "Act on Prohibition of Unauthorized Resale of Tickets."
