About our support for companions without smartphones

Support for companions without smartphones

If a companion does not possess a smartphone, it can be arranged to have their ticket displayed on the applicant’s phone so that both may enter together.
However, a valid ID may be required when entering the venue to confirm the identities of each person.

  • *If the applicant is unable to attend with them, a companion without a smartphone will not be able to enter the venue on their own.
  • *If the applicant is unable to attend and instead trades their tickets, they must trade both tickets together. The tickets cannot be listed separately.
  • *Please make sure to bring ID that can be used to verify your identity when you attend the performance.

About the prohibition of unauthorized resales and transfers

This performance is subject to the "Unauthorized Ticket Resale Prohibition Act" which went into effect on June 14, 2019.

All third-party ticket resales and transfers not carried out through our official ticket trading & resale service, ‘Tixplus Trade’, are strictly prohibited, regardless of purpose or intent.
In the event that a ticket is discovered to have been sold/purchased via unauthorized means, or in the event that a ticket holder’s identity was unable to be verified, they will be denied entry.
Please be aware that should such an event occur, we will not compensate the cost of the ticket, nor any handling fees, traveling expenses, or other such expenses.

2.About companion authentication
  • These advance tickets require any companions to also be registered HYPSTER members.
    Plus member IDs that have not yet joined HYPSTER will be unable to be authenticated as companions at receipt screen, so please make sure to confirm their Plus member ID via MyPage at the HYPSTER site after joining.
    In addition, when entering your companion’s phone number on the ticket receipt screen, enter the number registered in the area marked in red in the image below.

3.Supported devices
  • Electronic tickets issued via the official HYPSTER app can be utilized by any smartphone with a registered phone number and internet capability.
    • (*SMS contract is required for both iPhone and Android devices)

4.Email inbox settings

When the start date displayed on a ticket arrives, emails will be sent to applicants and their companions from Tixplus (formerly EMTG) detailing how they can receive their electronic tickets.

Those that utilize a whitelist on their email account will need to make sure to allow emails from “plusmember.jp”. In addition, please review your spam settings and other settings with this information in mind.

5.Receiving your tickets
  • Winners will receive their tickets via the official HYPSTER app.

    In order to prevent unauthorized resales, tickets can only be received on the smartphone device linked to the phone number registered in the initial application.

    • *On the official HYPSTER app, only one phone number is allowed per Plus member ID. The same phone number cannot be registered to multiple accounts.
    • *If you are unable to receive your ticket due to reasons such as your phone number being changed after purchasing a new phone, or making a mistake inputting your number during your application, please get in contact with Tixplus customer support after tickets have started being distributed.
    • *If the companion was listed as not possessing a smartphone during the application, the companion’s ticket can be displayed together with the applicant’s on the applicant’s device.
6.Notes regarding the ticket application process
  • Tickets are allocated via lottery and not on a first-come-first-served basis. Please apply within the designated period.
  • You can only submit one application for advance tickets for a given performance. After your application has been submitted, you cannot apply again for advance tickets for the same performance.
  • Only one application per member is allowed. Please apply for all the performances you wish to attend in one application.
  • Deposits for winning performances cannot be made individually for each performance. Payment for all selected performances must be made in a lump sum only. Please apply only for the performances you are sure to attend.
  • You can only submit one application per person; this also applies to applications submitted as accompanying persons.
  • Please be aware that you will be unable to make changes to, or cancel, your application after you have submitted it.
  • We are unable to answer inquiries regarding seating arrangements and/or the lottery process.
  • When paying with your credit card, the validity of your credit card will be confirmed (authorization confirmation).
    Because of this, depending on your credit card company, you may receive an email with guidance for your card after you have completed your application.
    Card payments will not be processed before the announcement of the lottery results.

However, if you pay using a debit card or a prepaid card, the price of the ticket will be immediately deducted from your balance (for prepaid cards, the deduction will be made from the balance of the card) during the application process. This is due to the characteristics of these types of cards.

  • The HYPSTER official app can be used with a smartphone that has internet connectivity, has access to Google play or the Apple store, and can receive SMS.
  • A smartphone contract that includes the provision of SMS services is necessary for both iPhone and Android smartphones.
  • Electronic tickets are incompatible with feature phones, tablet devices (devices that do not have SMS functionality), and iPod touch devices.

  • The dates of receipt of electronic tickets are scheduled for one week before the corresponding performance. After the process of receiving tickets has been initiated, you will receive a notification email from Tixplus. Please configure your email settings to allow emails from「plusmember.jp」.
  • Only members who have purchased this advance ticket will be admitted to the venue. Illegal trade (resale) and transfers of tickets are forbidden.
  • The resale or transfer of tickets to a third party is strictly forbidden under any circumstances.
  • The share member feature cannot be used for this advance ticket.
  • In the event you are using an Android device, there may be cases where you are unable to apply due to the browser. In such cases, please try using Google Chrome to apply instead.
7.Registering your photo

Your photo will be displayed on the electronic ticket for this performance.
When attempting to enter the venue, those without a registered photo will be denied entry. If you win a ticket, please make sure to register a photo in advance.

8.Important information regarding admission

In order to perform identity verification, electronic tickets issued via the official HYPSTER app will contain a portrait photo, which you will be asked to present when entering the venue.

  • Please be aware that all winners are required to register a portrait photo. Failure to register by the deadline will result in denial of admission.
  • Please be aware that you may be asked to show your ID when you enter the venue if it is difficult to confirm that your photo matches that of the person displayed on the ticket. Please make sure to bring a valid ID with you when you travel to the venue.
  • If we are unable to confirm your identity, you will be denied entry into the venue regardless of the reason.
  • Please be aware that should such an event occur, we will not compensate the cost of the ticket, nor any handling fees, traveling expenses, or other such expenses.

Support for companions without smartphones

  • When applying for 2 tickets along with a companion, during the application process if one of the two of you does not possess a smartphone you can request to have both tickets displayed on the same device.
  • At section (3) of the companion’s details on the Lawson application screen, when asked “Does your companion possess a smartphone?”, please make sure to select “They do not possess a smartphone”.

9. About infection control measures for event Staff, related personnel, and performers

This performance complies with guidelines based on the "Guidelines for Prevention of the Spread of Infection in Cultural Facilities" published by the Agency for Cultural Affairs and the "Guidelines for Prevention of the Transmission of COVID-19 at Music Concerts" published by the Concert Promoters Association, Inc.
We will do our best to prevent COVID-19 infections among our guests, performers, staff, and other people involved in the performance. We ask for your understanding and cooperation while attending the event.
Please note that we may change the event's content and the information below in response to government and municipal guidelines changes.


Ticket purchase and attendance


Tickets are non-refundable (except in case of performance postponement or cancellation).

  • The following persons will not be admitted to the venue and will not receive refunds.
  • ・Those with a fever (37.5°C or higher) at home or upon temperature check at admission
  • ・Those with symptoms such as sore throat, headache, joint pain, breathlessness, cough, diarrhea, conjunctivitis, taste disorder, etc.
  • ・Those who have been in close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19
  • ・Those with family members or close acquaintances living with them are suspected to be infected
  • ・Those who have traveled to a country or region where the government has placed restrictions on entry or required a period of observation after entry within 10 days, as well as those who have had close contact with a resident of the country concerned
    *If any of the above apply to you after purchasing tickets, please do not force yourself to attend the event and use the official ticket exchange service.
    (However, the trade is only available to those who have an account in Japan. Please understand this beforehand.)
    *If you become ill or do not feel well during your visit, please notify the nearest staff member as soon as possible.

Please wear a mask in the venue.

  • You must wear a mask at all times in the venue, so please be sure to bring one with you when you come to the event.
    We will refuse admission if you do not cooperate.

Please wash your hands and disinfect your hands frequently.

  • Disinfectant and rubbing alcohol will be available at the venue entrance and throughout the venue.

We will take your temperature when you enter the venue.

  • We ask for your cooperation with temperature checks at admission. Please do not come to the venue if you have been drinking, as it may cause an incorrect temperature measurement.
    We also ask that visitors with health problems take daily precautions against infectious diseases and take good care of their health before the performance.

Tickets will only be sold electronically.

  • To prevent resales and COVID-19 transmission by contact, tickets will only be sold electronically. We ask that visitors operate their own smartphones under the direction of a staff member when entering the venue.

We will conduct ID checks.

  • Upon entering the venue, we will verify your identity with the photo displayed on your ticket.
    We may ask you to present a photo ID if your photo is unclear.
    The organizer will strictly manage the registered personal information for a certain period and will not use it for any other purpose except to trace routes of infection in case of an outbreak and to provide the information to public institutions such as health centers as necessary.

Merchandise for sale

  • We are planning to sell event merchandise. We will announce details at a later date.

Please refrain from making loud noises at the event.

  • Please remain in your seats during the performance. We will not allow cheering, shouting, finger-whistling, etc.
  • Clapping and other expressions involving hands are acceptable.

Controlled exiting

  • Exits will be controlled to avoid crowding among guests. Please wait at your seats as our staff will guide you in an orderly fashion.

Number of seats sold

  • The number of seats sold will be within the regulated capacity, following guidelines set by the government, municipalities, venues, and the Concert Promoters Association. Please note that the maximum capacity may change according to future changes in government and municipal guidelines.

All seats will be reserved

  • All seats are reserved seats, so please be sure to stay within your seating area. Please be careful to prevent contact and exposure to droplets from surrounding guests.

|Infection prevention measures in the venue


Disinfection and ventilation of the venue

  • If there is a high risk of infection in the venue from situations such as overcrowding among guests, our staff may approach you to ask for your cooperation.
  • Areas in the venue that are easily accessible to guests will be disinfected and cleaned using alcohol or other cleaning agents.
    The venue is equipped with a ventilation system, but we will ensure thorough ventilation by opening all doors in the venue except during performances.

Infection prevention measures for staff and performers

  • We will take the following measures to prepare for a safe performance.
    ・We will conduct temperature and health checks on all staff members and performance-related personnel.
    ・If one of our personnel is confirmed to be ill with a fever or other illness, he/she will not be assigned to work.
    Our staff members will wear masks and face shields to prevent infection from droplets.
    ・Staff will frequently sanitize their hands when entering the venue, etc.
    ・Please do not wait for performers to enter or leave the venue at entrances.
    ・We will also conduct temperature and health checks on the performers.
    ・Performers will be required to wear masks except when performing.
    ・In any other unusual circumstances, we will immediately cooperate with public health centers, other public health administrative agencies, and neighboring medical institutions and promptly take measures to ensure the performers' and staff's health and safety.

COCOA (COVID-19 Contact App)

  • COCOA is an application developed by the Ministry of Health, Labor, and Welfare to detect contact with COVID-19. Users can receive notifications about possible contact with a person infected with COVID-19. Please install and use the application on your smartphone. (Be sure to turn on Bluetooth.)

Information about Tixplus Trade

  • Those who do not possess an account in Japan are not eligible to exhibit in Tixpls trade.We appreciate your understanding that the procedure will differ depending on your own situation, as the trade system is a domestic service.

We will work on infection prevention measures to ensure a safe visit.
