■Conditions for applying
Those with valid memberships at the time of the deadline for the receipt of applications *Members whose membership expiration date is the end of March 2025 must complete their renewal procedures by the application deadline.
【About entry】
・Venue entry will be made by using an "Electronic tickets", where your smartphone substitutes as a ticket.
・"Electronic tickets" displays will be issued five days (tentative schedule) before the performance. Notification emails will be sent after display of tickets begins. Please set your smartphone so that it can receive messages from “plusmember.jp” Once display begins, open the special e-ticket app "Ticket e-ticket app" and check to see if your e-ticket is displayed. Also, because data transmission will be performed at that time, please check for your ticket in an environment where data transmission can be performed.
・Free wi-fi is not available at the venue, so please check for your e-ticket beforehand.(Either transmit the data or make sure to check for your ticket from a facility with free wi-fi, such as an airport, hotel, restaurant, or convenience store.)
・Venue entry will not be allowed in the event that an e-ticket cannot be displayed due to insufficient battery power.Please come to the venue with your smartphone sufficiently charged. Be aware that you cannot charge your smartphone at the venue.
・Be careful not to forget your smartphone, as you will not be able to enter the venue in this event.
*E-tickets can be displayed on your smartphone at the time of venue entry even if you apply from a PC or cell phone.
【For people who do not have smartphones, or who do not have e-ticket compatible smartphones】
If you do not have a smartphone that supports the dedicated smartphone e-ticket app "Ticket e-ticket app", you cannot apply this time.
In the event that, just before the performance, you discover that your smartphone is not compatible with special smartphone e-ticket app "Ticket e-ticket app," it is possible that you will not be able to enter the venue, so please check to see whether your smartphone is compatible with special smartphone e-ticket app "Ticket e-ticket app" before you apply.

All ticket purchase of your request, must be done in a single application.

Please note that you cannot change details of your application once you made procedure. Such as requesting for an additional ticket.
There is only one application per member, so if there are multiple performances you wish to apply for, please make them all at once. Additional applications cannot be made after you have finished applying.
Performances that you win tickets for cannot be canceled or paid for individually. Make sure to apply for only performances that you can attend.
Differences between the membership registration information for Plus member ID (free) and HERESY will be considered disqualifying defects, so please exercise caution. (examples: name/country name/phone number/date of birth)
When there are multiple applications for a performance, a lottery will be held for seating and venues. Selections are not made in order of when applications are received. You will enter into a lottery either through the internet or your cell phone, and when the receipt of applications has closed, a lottery will be held for all applicants, and winners and losers will be decided. Please understand in advance that there is no guarantee that you will be able to secure a ticket.
It is anticipated that there may be some traffic congestion on the first day of receipt of applications, but the order in which applications are received has no bearing whatsoever on who will win a ticket; a carefullly conducted lottery to decide winners, losers and seating will be held for all those who applied within the application period. We recommend that you apply outside of congestion peaks such as just after the start of or just before the end of the receipt of applications.
Reservations are not secured unless an entry is completed within the application period. Make sure to complete your entry within the application period.
There are instances where an application is not completed due to an internet or website connection being interrupted. In this event, please check your application using "application status inquiry" in the special application URL.
Reservations will be considered invalid if payment is not received within the payment period, so please exercise caution.
Only the winner of the ticket him or herself may attend a performance. No other person may substitute as an attendee, even if the ticket winner is unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances. Nor can ticket charges be refunded in this event.
In the event that you forget or lose the smartphone that displays your e-ticket on the day of the performance, you will be unable to enter the venue, so please exercise caution.
Venue entry is not permitted when an e-ticket cannot be displayed due to insufficient batter power. Please come to the venue with your smartphone sufficiently charged. Smartphones cannot be charged at the venue, so please exercise caution. There is also no free wi-fi inside the venue, so please come to the venue with your smartphone set up in advance so that it can display your ticket.
No changes, cancellations or refunds for applications may be made, so please exercise caution. In the event that a malfeasant application is discovered, regardless of what the reason may have been, you may have your HERESY membership registration erased and lose the ability to preorder tickets in the future.
Reselling or attempting to resell ticket winning rights for an auction or other commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. We do not accept responsibility for any trouble arising from resale. We may also refuse venue entry in the event that ticket winning rights have been purchased through reselling or an auction. If a violation is discovered, we may take strict measures such as expelling you from the venue.
Other than in instances where a performance for an indicated date and time is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, no exchanges for other kinds of tickets or refunds will be made.
Please understand in advance that even when a refund is made due to a cancellation of a performance, none of the other fees other than the ticket price can be refunded.
During the performance, use of the photography or audio/video recording functions of cameras, tape recorders, video cameras and cell phones is prohibited. If you are found using one of these, you will be immediately asked to leave and the performance may even be cancelled.

1.How to apply
When applying, login with your Plus member ID and password.
Electronic tickets issued via the Ticket e-ticket app can be utilized by any smartphone with a registered phone number and internet capability.
(*SMS contract is required for both iPhone and Android devices)

iPhone devices: iOS 13.0 or higher
Android devices: Android OS 7.0 or higher
*Tablet devices and iPod Touch devices are not electronic ticket compatible.
In addition, certain smartphone devices are not supported. Please make sure to check the list of unsupported devices.
When the start date displayed on a ticket arrives, emails will be sent to applicants and their companions from Tixplus detailing how they can receive their electronic tickets.
Those that utilize a whitelist on their email account will need to make sure to allow emails from “plusmember.jp”. In addition, please review your spam settings and other settings with this information in mind.
4.Receiving your tickets
Winners will receive their tickets via the Ticket e-ticket app.
In order to prevent unauthorized resales, tickets can only be received on the smartphone device linked to the phone number registered in the initial application.
*On the Ticket e-ticket app, only one phone number is allowed per Plus member ID. The same phone number cannot be registered to multiple accounts.
*If you are unable to receive your ticket due to reasons such as your phone number being changed after purchasing a new phone, or making a mistake inputting your number during your application, please get in contact with Tixplus customer support after tickets have started being distributed.
5.Notes regarding the ticket application process
Tickets are allocated via lottery and not on a first-come-first-served basis. Please apply within the designated period.
You can only submit one application for advance tickets for a given performance. After your application has been submitted, you cannot apply again for advance tickets for the same performance.
Only one application per member is allowed. Please apply for all the performances you wish to attend in one application.
Deposits for winning performances cannot be made individually for each performance. Payment for all selected performances must be made in a lump sum only. Please apply only for the performances you are sure to attend.
You can only submit one application per person; this also applies to applications submitted as accompanying persons.
Please be aware that you will be unable to make changes to, or cancel, your application after you have submitted it.
We are unable to answer inquiries regarding seating arrangements and/or the lottery process.
When paying with your credit card, the validity of your credit card will be confirmed (authorization confirmation).
Because of this, depending on your credit card company, you may receive an email with guidance for your card after you have completed your application.
Card payments will not be processed before the announcement of the lottery results. ≫Details regarding authorization confirmation are here.
However, if you pay using a debit card or a prepaid card, the price of the ticket will be immediately deducted from your balance (for prepaid cards, the deduction will be made from the balance of the card) during the application process. This is due to the characteristics of these types of cards. ≫Please check here for details regarding debit/prepaid card payments.
The Ticket e-ticket app can be used with a smartphone that has internet connectivity, has access to Google play or the Apple store, and can receive SMS.
A smartphone contract that includes the provision of SMS services is necessary for both iPhone and Android smartphones.
Electronic tickets are incompatible with feature phones, tablet devices (devices that do not have SMS functionality), and iPod touch devices. Please check here for compatible devices.
The dates of receipt of electronic tickets are scheduled for five days before the corresponding performance. After the process of receiving tickets has been initiated, you will receive a notification email from Tixplus. Please configure your email settings to allow emails from「plusmember.jp」.
Only members who have purchased this advance ticket will be admitted to the venue. Illegal trade (resale) and transfers of tickets are forbidden.
The resale or transfer of tickets to a third party is strictly forbidden under any circumstances.
The share member feature cannot be used for this advance ticket.
In the event you are using an Android device, there may be cases where you are unable to apply due to the browser. In such cases, please try using Google Chrome to apply instead.
Inquiries about membership information and application periods

*Response to FC inquiries are made only on weekdays. Inquiries received on weekends and holidays will be answered in the order received starting from the next business day. Please understand this in advance.
This performance is subject to the "Unauthorized Ticket Resale Prohibition Act" which went into effect on June 14, 2019.
All third-party ticket resales and transfers not carried out through our official ticket trading & resale service, ‘Tixplus Trade’, are strictly prohibited, regardless of purpose or intent.
In the event that a ticket is discovered to have been sold/purchased via unauthorized means, or in the event that a ticket holder’s identity was unable to be verified, they will be denied entry.
Please be aware that should such an event occur, we will not compensate the cost of the ticket, nor any handling fees, traveling expenses, or other such expenses.
*The name registered at the time of application will be displayed on the ticket, and no one other than the applicant will be allowed entry.
*Please be sure to bring a valid form of ID designated by the show when entering the venue.
*Please be aware that if any of the conditions listed above or in the HERESY terms of service are discovered to have been breached, you may be asked to present your HERESY membership card and/or your ID.
To prevent unauthorized resale, electronic tickets will be issued via the Ticket e-ticket app You will be asked to present it at the entrance of each venue.
If we are unable to confirm your identity, you will be denied entry into the venue regardless of the reason.
Please be aware that should such an event occur, we will not compensate the cost of the ticket, nor any handling fees, traveling expenses, or other such expenses.
If you are unable to attend after purchasing your tickets, please make use of our official ticket trading & resale service at Tixplus Trade. However, please be aware that a Japanese bank account is required to use this service.
We will not accept changes in your name after you apply. The name displayed on the ticket is the registration information associated with the Plus member ID at the time of application. Transferring names is strictly prohibited, even between family members or friends. No changes to names will be accepted for any reason, so please make sure that there are no omissions or errors when entering your information.
Tickets are required for elementary school students, and above/Children below primary school are not allowed.
