Requests from the Organizer

  • ●Each ticket is valid for one person, for one-time admission only during the event period. Non-transferable.
  • ●No refunds, exchanges, or reissues will be provided under any circumstances.
  • ●Reselling tickets for commercial purposes and entry with resold tickets are strictly prohibited. The organizer assumes no responsibility for any issues arising from tickets purchased through resale.
  • ●General attendees may re-enter on the day of attendance only. Please present your E-Ticket screen at the re-entry gate to enter.
  • ●Pets are not permitted inside the venue. (Excluding guide dogs, service dogs, and hearing assistance dogs.)
  • ●Please do not run inside the venue to prevent accidents.
  • ●Please follow the instructions of event staff and refrain from causing inconvenience to other visitors.
  • ●The organizer assumes no responsibility for any accidents resulting from failure to follow staff instructions or venue rules.

  • ●Please strictly follow each exhibitor's individual photography and recording policies regarding their exhibits.
  • ●Please be aware that capturing certain video or music displays may constitute copyright infringement.
  • ●Please refrain from taking photos or videos that capture other visitors, staff, or event personnel, as this causes a disturbance to others.
  • ●Publicly posting photos or videos featuring identifiable individuals (such as uploading them to the internet or social media) may infringe upon privacy and portrait rights.
  • ●Photography and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited.
  • ●Please refrain from shooting in any manner that causes inconvenience or disturbance to other visitors, including:
    1.Shooting continuously for extended periods of time
    2.Using tripods, monopods, step stools, or stepladders
    3.Any other actions that obstruct event operations
  • ●If any dispute arises with a third party as a result of photography/recording or the captured photos/videos, it must be resolved at the individual's own responsibility and expense. In addition, if any damage is caused to this event, exhibitors, performers, or related parties, you will be required to compensate for all damages incurred.
