Log in to Tickets within the app using your previously registered Plus member ID and check the ticket display.

  • MENU : Anyone can use it, but some content is exclusive to Neo SOUND WAVE members.

Q. If I delete my account, will I no longer be able to claim my tickets?

A. Tickets can be received even if your Neo SOUND WAVE membership is delete.

3. About Electronic Ticket Login

Q.Please let me know the procedure for upgrading my device.

  • 1. Download and install Neo SOUND WAVE OFFICIAL APP.
  • 2. After installation, log in with the ID used on your old device.
  • 3. Follow the procedures for text message authentication and identity confirmation, then log in once more once your identity has been confirmed.

Important Points to Note

  • In order to prevent unauthorized use, Neo SOUND WAVE OFFICIAL APP cannot be used on multiple devices. (It can be used by one person, with one ID, on one device.)
  • Some phone numbers, such as landline numbers or VoIP numbers cannot be used to register.
  • Changing your device and reinstalling the app can only be done two times per month.
  • Changing your registered phone number can only be done two times per year.

If any of the limits in the procedures above have been exceeded, you will no longer be able to complete the procedure yourself. We will check your usage.

Q. A text message was not sent to the phone number entered for text message authentication

  • That the settings allow the device to receive text messages. S
  • That anonymous, overseas text messages are not rejected.

If text message authentication does not go through after checking the items above, please check the items below.

  • Please wait a while and try again. (The server may be overloaded.)
  • Reload the text message authentication screen.
  • Reinsert the SIM card (if the card can be reinserted).
  • Please test whether calls can be received from anonymous or overseas phone numbers.

Q. How do I register with the cell phone number used for authentication?

A. Please confirm the items listed below.

If using an Android device:

Log in to Neo SOUND WAVE OFFICIAL APP and it will automatically register the phone number of your device when you use the Ticket menu.

If using an iPhone:

Log in to Neo SOUND WAVE OFFICIAL APP and enter your phone number the first time you use the Ticket menu.
A text message that includes an authentication number will be sent to the phone number you have entered. When this authentication number is entered in the ticket app's Text Message Authentication Screen, you will be able to register the phone number and use the Ticket menu.

  • The Ticket menu cannot be used on smartphones with no phone number.
