Admission is strictly restricted to the ticket purchaser（including accompanying persons for wheelchair seating）
Ticket transfers to anyone else, including family members and friends, are strictly prohibited.
For those who unfortunately can no longer attend the event due to unavoidable circumstances, official ticket resale. application window will open. This allows you to resell your tickets at face value to those who wish to purchase them.
Please make sure to use only the official ticket resale services to list or purchase tickets.; ■ To prevent unauthorized resale, entry will be via the Ticketplus E-tickets App using a facial recognition system.
Tickets will be displayed in the Ticketplus E-tickets App, and facial recognition will be performed using dedicated equipment at the venue entrance on the day of the show. Successful applicants must complete face photo registration before entry.

Ticket Limit

Up to 1 ticket per person per performance (Up to 2nd choice selection allowed).
*Up to 2 tickets allowed for wheelchair seats only (However, accompanying persons must also be FC members).

*If you wish to apply for both days, please repeat the application process for each performance separately.
*Even if you apply for multiple performances, you can only win up to "1 ticket type for 1 performance per person" (there will be no duplicate wins).

Fees for Purchase

*No fees are charged at the time of application. Fees will be incurred after the transaction is completed.

*Emails may occasionally land in your spam folder, so we recommend checking your "My Page".
*Please note that successful trade results are posted on Ticketplus "My Page", not My Trade.

Purchased tickets will be received via the "Ticketplus E-tickets App". Once the trade is completed, tickets will be displayed in the Ticketplus E-tickets App.

Important Notes

*During the application process, you will be required to enter the email address registered with "Ado's DokiDoki Secret Base".
This will be used to verify your Fan Club membership information, so please be sure to enter the email address currently registered with the fan club.
Please note that if it does not match your registered information, FC membership cannot be verified, and you will be excluded from the lottery draw.

*Tickets will display the name registered to the Plus member ID used at application time. No one other than the named individual will be admitted. Under no circumstances will changes be accepted, so please ensure there are no errors or missing details when applying.
*If you wish to cancel your application, you can cancel it yourself from "Ticket Application History" on My Page within the application period.
*If you wish to change your application details, please cancel first and reapply for your desired show within the application period.
*A lottery draw will be conducted among all applicants after the application period ends. In the event of a large number of applications, tickets may not be secured. Please understand in advance.
*We cannot respond to any inquiries regarding lottery status, results, seating, etc.
*Illegal ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Resold tickets will be invalidated, and entry may be denied. Furthermore, our site assumes no responsibility for any trouble regarding ticket transactions via scalpers, ticket shops, online auctions, etc.
*For credit card payments, a validity check (authorization check) is performed. Please check below for details.
